Therapy is for us all.

My approach is client centered and my goal is to create a warm, safe and private space where together we may explore your past and/or current experiences. We speak about what’s working and what’s not and look at and address your perspectives, feelings and behaviours. The aim of therapy is to find relief, seek solutions, learn tools, and transform those patterns of thought or action that may be preventing you from reaching your goals, whether personally or within your relationships.
